Woodson has certain terms and conditions that apply to all our business customers. By using our website and placing orders with us, you agree to the following terms:
- 1. Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include shipping and handling fees, taxes, or other charges, unless otherwise stated.
- 2. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Woodson. We reserve the right to reject any order, for any reason, at any time.
- 3. Payment: Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers.
- 4. Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will use our best efforts to ship orders in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee delivery dates or times.
- 5. Returns: We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returning cabinets that is if the cabinet is in the same condition as it left. We ask them that they check the cabinets at our store after that we are not responsible for the condition of the cabinets. All stone is a final sale.
- 6. Intellectual Property: All content on the Woodson website, including images, text, and logos, are the property of Woodson and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express written consent.
- 7. Limitation of Liability: Woodson shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website or products purchased from us.
- 8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
