Return Policy

Our refund policy applies to business dealers who purchase our products for resale to their customers.

We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returning cabinets that is if the cabinet is in the same condition as it left. We ask them that they check the cabinets at our store after that we are not responsible for the condition of the cabinets. All stone is a final sale.

The customer should check the cabinets before leaving the store.

We do not accept returns for any other reason, such as changes in the dealer’s business needs or inventory management. However, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion.

All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a new, resalable condition. The dealer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return unless the product was defective or damaged due to our fault.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned product. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on the dealer’s account, depending on their financial institution.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time, without prior notice.
